What are construction fence murals?? These small community hand-painted murals will be pasted on construction site fences/walls and boardwalk business exterior walls. The murals are free of cost to the participating towns and cannot be used as advertizing. It is artistic revolution to inspire rebirth in the hearts of visitors and residents alike. By hiding construction and blight zones the art will beautify the rebuilding process, making people excited for the future instead of mourning the past.
